Impressive Developments Around the World

From the conversion of an historic monastic complex in Poland into a luxury hotel to a 46-acre Water Park in Dubai’s famed The Palm, and a massive mixed-use development in Sri Lanka to the Yas Island Formula One Grand Prix circuit in Abu Dhabi.

We are (justly, we believe) proud of the many successful major construction and development projects we have consulted on and managed to date, and we hope our company will be linked to more landmark projects in future.

WATERFRONT INTEGRATED RESORT, COLOMBO, SRI LANKA

JRMI played a central role in the leadership of this impressive luxury mixed-use development, with its unique architecture and engineering. The Resort, known as “Cinnamon Life”, is the largest single building construction project in the country and is a major regional development. The buildings were designed to British Standards and featured multi-national design and construction organisations.

ATLANTIS, THE PALM, DUBAI

We project managed the delivery of the landscaping of this 46-acre Water Park at this incredible, world-renowned resort, which is the jewel in the crown of Dubai’s famous Palm Jumeirah, set in the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.

LUBIAZ MONASTIC COMPLEX, WROCLAW, POLAND

Working with the Foundation which manages the building, we entered into a formal agreement to develop the magnificent historic baroque Lubiaz monastery complex in Lower Silesia into a luxury hotel.
